Founded in 1997, HTC built its reputation as the behind-the-scenes designer and manufacturer of many of the most popular OEM-branded mobile devices on the market. Since 2004, HTC have regularly introduced many critically-acclaimed mobile devices under their own brand, and portfolio includes smartphones and tablets powered by the Android and Windows Phone operating systems. Our challenge is to bring the innovation image of HTC for the new entry of mobile industry at 2004. We create a series designs for the different from factors of smart hand held device.

With a name that underlined its capabilities – sound, pictures and video – the SPV E100 was one of the first blowers to run Windows Smartphone with a classic, elegant appearance. The two designs utilize same internal component to achieve economics mass production purpose. Concealed below the timeless, polished surface are professional business functions for communication and data exchange. The slim device promises smooth handling for business as well as private purposes.

The HTC Universal is a Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC phone, manufactured by High Tech Computer Corporation. It was the first 3G/UMTS-enabled Pocket PC phone, and also the first to come with Windows Mobile 5.0 pre-installed. The most eye-catching feature of this device is its 180-degree swivel screen, allowing a quick swap between portrait mode and landscape mode. The GUI automatically adjusts screen orientation accordingly.
